Our 5 Bedroom/4 bathroom luxury Villa, lies in an oversized plot with the pool & spa overlooking natural wetlands in a conservation area, with an abundance of wildlife to study whilst watching a spectacular Florida sunset.
The Villa has over 3212 sq ft of AC living area on an overall floor size of 4361 sq ft, it comprises sleeping accommodation for up to 12 people, with all Bedrooms having flat screen TV’s combined with DVD players.
The downstairs has a beautifully fitted kitchen, with all facilities & equipment you would ever need. This links into the Living & dining areas as well as a large Family room, all very tastefully furnished to the highest quality.
All of our guests will have access to the community Clubhouse ( due to be opened late 2008) which has a resort style pool and fitness center, children’s playground, tennis courts and an abundance of open green space!
